History
This is one of a large number of similar vehicles delivered to Grampian Regional Council, and its predecessor Aberdeen Corporation, during the 1970s and early 1980s. Withdrawn by Grampian Transport in the 1990s, it was sold to Aberdeen Journals (publishers of the Press & Journal) who converted it into a hospitality unit.
Restoration
The current owner has removed all traces of the vehicle’s previous use, and reinstalled a set of seats from another vehicle. In summer 2006 the bus was repainted into its original livery.
